BH Car Detailing ("BH," "we," "us") provides mobile car detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating services across South Florida. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
We provide detailing and related services described on this site. Descriptions, packages and results shown are for general information; the exact scope, condition outcomes and time required depend on your vehicle's size, condition and the service selected, and are confirmed with you before work begins.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we inspect the vehicle in person (for example, heavier soiling, pet hair, oversized vehicles or added services). We'll confirm any change with you before proceeding. Payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another client. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control, and will work with you to find a new time.
By providing your mobile number — through the free quote form on this site, by texting us, or by calling us — you consent to receive text messages from BH Car Detailing about the quote you requested: confirming we received your inquiry, following up with pricing, and coordinating your appointment. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. We do not send promotional or marketing texts under this program.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the information tied to these messages is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.
You agree to provide accurate information, safe and lawful access to the vehicle and (for mobile service) a suitable location, and to remove personal valuables before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Please tell us in advance of any sensitive finishes, wraps, aftermarket coatings or pre-existing damage so we can adjust our approach.
The content on this site — text, images, logos and branding — belongs to BH Car Detailing and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill, but detailing outcomes can vary with a vehicle's age, condition and materials, and no specific result is guaranteed beyond what we state in writing for a given service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BH Car Detailing is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
